J Rocc spins DOOM's "LIGHTWORKS" (from 'BORN LIKE THIS.') way back in 2007

Way back in 2007 J Rocc spun Dilla's famous "Lightworks" with DOOM spitting over them. Since then I've been waiting for this track to surface, and I was sure Stones Throw would release it after "Sniper Elite" last year.

Well, we're not getting it from Stones Throw, but I was glad to see it made the track list of 'BORN LIKE THIS.'...

Today's track of the day is yet another joint from DOOM's 'BORN LIKE THIS.' album, and he gets some assistance from fellow character Tony Starks.

This track surfaced back in '04/'05 when it was released under a compilation released by the Nature Sounds record label, so if you've been a DOOM fan for a minute there's a good chance you've already heard it. Regardless, enjoy!

DOOM - "BORN LIKE THIS." Track listing!

Well, DOOM's latest solo venture "BORN LIKE THIS." (formerly titled BORN INTO THIS) is back after being delayed for several months, so I figured I'd bring the blog back.

Here's the track listing & some extra information for the album, which is set to release on March 24. (Let's all pray for no more delays)

Much props go out to DJ SPYDER for this information and keeping all the DOOM heads updated. Spyder first broke the news about this album way back in October.
